This will unlock naturally on the way to your "Strive For Perfection" achievement. After you have achieved the Bronze, Silver, and Gold daily challenge medals, the next award is the Diamond badge. You will achieve all 4 of these medals before perfecting a month, so if you are pursuing 100% completion, there will be no special effort required to achieve your diamond badge.
