MISSABLE, but easily obtained at the very start of a new game.

During the prologue when you are playing as the two children, you'll reach a point where there's a duck in a pond. Just past this, there's a field where you can pick up a four leaf clover.

Pick the clover and go back to the pond. Press to bring up the inventory, select the clover, press again to close the inventory and use the clover on the duck.

Achievement unlocked!
