As soon as you get the quest in Lonelywood that requires you to chop down trees, never get more than 4 logs in your inventory at a time before you destroy them. This will allow you to keep chopping down trees until you get this achievement to pop, then finish your quest. Otherwise, you will only be able to collect 5 every few days.
