In the 3rd tower when you come out of the beak beak area with a level handle, every instinct is going to tell you to use it on the door in front of you and leave. DON'T! Instead backtrack up to the area where you are working your way maneuvering the furry blocks. Remember the room that had a vacuum tube in the middle of the ceiling for no reason? Well now it is active so go stand under it and you will be outside with a hot rod supped up version of the tram thing. It does appear to move twice as fast so that's nice.
