Not quite sure why this is only 99% for people? Maybe you can win a match without scoring a goal, but that won't last long.

This can be easily obtained by starting an exhibition match without bots and scoring an easy goal.

Once you're in the game, simply drive forward and score a goal to unlock the achievement.
