This achievement is unlocked by reaching Rank 30 in ranked multiplayer matches with one of two methods. The first method is by gaining experience and ranking up. Keep in mind that there is an exp cap of 1500 points per match. Once you log out of the game any extra experience you have gained beyond 1500 in each match will be removed. Since there is no one playing the multiplayer now, the best way to get this done is with two boosting buddies. However it is a long road to level to 30. If you have finished every other achievement in the game and are sitting at level 20 you will need 1,250,000 exp to hit level 30. At 1500 a game that will be 834 matches just for you. Each match will take about 5 minutes using the captain / revive method. So you are looking at 70 hours of boosting using this method.

The second method which will glitch the achievement in your favor will only take you an hour from level 20. You will want to save this achievement for the very last if you care about keeping your rank achievements in order. Additionally if you want to use the glitch method to get to level 30 make sure to not use all of your diamonds while working on your other achievements. You will want to reset one class at the start after completing all the weapons for the class while working the other achievements. The second method basically involves you resetting your class which will remove exp and de-rank you. As this is a glitch you will need to follow certain steps or this will not work. Here are the steps:

1) If you are going for the achievement you can NOT host the matches.
2) You will need 2 friends, have one friend host a ranked uprising match on any map you like. Custom maps will work like JPs Boost Paradise map. You will be on the red team by yourself, your friends will be on the yellow team.
3) At the start of the match kill / revive the yellow captain and break the 1500 exp cap. This will take about 5 minutes. Once that is done, the yellow captain needs to capture the barrels and kill you to end the match.
4) At the start of the next match use one diamond to upgrade one of the classes with the X button. After the upgrade hit the Y button to reset the diamonds. A window will pop up wanting to make sure you want to reset the diamonds as it will also de-rank you one whole level. You will also see the amount of exp that will be lost on this pop up window. Say yes to the message.
5) You can only de-rank ONCE per match. After you have de-ranked the yellow captain will need to again capture the barrels and kill you to end the match.
6) Repeat steps 3-5 until you have de-ranked all the way back down to Rank 1 and have ZERO exp. If for some reason you lose connection to the match or are booted out of the game you will need to repeat step 3 again and complete another 1500 exp match before you can continue to de-rank.
7) Once you have de-rank to level one, back out of the lobby to the main menu. You can double check your zero exp / rank 1 status as you back out of the menus on the right page in the menu just before the main menu. In the main menu at the bottom of the list is the option Additional Content. Highlight and press the option which takes you to the next menu. In this menu you will have three options. At the top of the list is Exclusive Content, select it. This will take you out of the game and into Ubisoft's game hub.
8) The game hub will not be able to connect because this game is old and you will be taken back into the game's start screen as if you have just launched the game. Don't panic as this is how it works. The glitch has taken effect and has given you negative exp and bumped you up to level 30. Press start and head back into the multiplayer screen where you can verify the information on the right page under your gamertag.
9) Head back into ranked matches and rejoin the lobby that was being hosted by your friend and the achievement will unlock saving you 70 hours of boosting.
