Complete 100 Quests

Quests in this game are any instance where you turn your attention away from the interior of the vault to manage another group of dwellers who are out in the field. Whether it be a group you sent out specifically to go to a quest or 1 who happened to find something interesting while exploring. To send a quest out you first have to build the Overseer’s office, which requires 18 dwellers to build. After you build that, just select a quests, build your team and outfit them with some good gear, medicine and pets. The other type of quest will happen randomly when you are inside the vault managing the day to day. You will hear a radio sound to tell that dweller to enter. Just help your teams survive 100 quests and you will unlock this achievement.
