The lost Hollywood star can be found at the coordinates X: 620, Y: 557 (top-right corner of the map). You can go there towards the beginning of the game. Stay at the beach and look for two dead people that are hanging on a tree. There is a man buried in the sand and all you can see is his head. Go to the buried man and press X.
