Spread the Love requires you to heal all of your teammates (including you) in one game using his ability Share the Love (his 2nd ability/ makes 3 hearts appear).

Level 30 EASY WAY:
If you are level 30, then you will have the Ranked game mode Duel unlocked. This game mode is a 1v1 on the Joust map. Take turns banning God's, then choose Cupid. As soon as the game starts lay down Share the Love and pick up a heart.

Normal Way: Just play any gamemode (Arena or Joust would be the fastest options) and just keep using it by teammates. They will likely pick it up, especially if they have low health. Keep a mental note of who has picked it up and who hasn't. Once every body has picked up a heart at least once (including yourself) the achievement will pop.
