You can unlock this achievement by navigating to Features > Shoe Creator from the Main Menu. Once there, simply select any brand/cut combination and then press to Save/Exit once you're in the shoe editor. You don't have to actually apply any decals or changes to the shoe, just save it and the achievement is yours.
