Complete all Naval Missions aboard the Aquila.

You will need to complete the 4 main Naval missions to unlock this achievement. These missions are: The Chase, The Rescue, French Involvement and Biddle's Hideout. You can start a Naval mission by visiting any harbormaster.
You do not have to fully upgrade the Aquila prior to doing these missions. I was able to complete all 4 by only upgrading the cannons.
