The Mana Press is achieved for defeating the Boss "the Caffiend" on the bottom floor of the Joblin Dungeon.
"The Caffiend" has fairly simple attacks.
1/ He swings his arms in front of him clearing the area
2/ a red Target appears on the floor where he will land his jumps
3/ a red directional line will appear on the floor and he will rush across the room THREE times, the third time leaves Caffiend disorientated after colliding with the wall, and also spawns two bomb throwing "canbassadors" and some item boxes.
There are lots of chances to attack with weapons you've accrued through the run to the boss, but the biggest window is after the floor rushes.
This achievement may seem a little frustrating but I really isn't that bad depending on what method you use to take on the Blood Dragon. Doing it out in the open will be harder of course since it will be harder to avoid. The best method for taking on the BD is to find one near a Garrison you have liberated and lure. It right outside the barrier, it won't be able to enter. You can start this achievement early on anytime after you've liberated your first Garrison which is where I unlocked it. Along with the having the barrier, another good reason why working towards this achievement at a Garrison is because you'll have access to the weapon/ammo vendor in case you run out of ammo. You'll definitely want to be fully stocked with grenades, C400, and shotgun ammo. I was able to use just those weapons, and the rifle a little but it does very little damage. Continue shooting and throwing them at the dragon until his health is practically run out, pull out your bow and make the final kill. His stomach is the best area to hit and will cause the most damage but if It's health is low enough you can kill it with a head body shot. Make sure you Dodge the laser it shoots, using cover from the walls of the Garrison will help like I did, because if you are directly hit even once you'll be killed. If you wait to try working towards this achievement until after you've completed the first main mission you'll have access to the Terror 4000 which is a great weapon to use against dragons and will lower their health a lot faster. Here's a video I posted from when I unlocked the achievement. (Also unlocked "Blood Dragon Down" since it was the first dragon I killed. Start watching at 0:56 because that first minute is when I unlocked the "Running man" Achievement.
This achievement might seem a little vague if just reading the description but it's a lot easier than it sounds. All you need to do is either find a Blood Dragon attacking some enemies or lure one to some, shoot the dragon or get it's attention somehow so that it starts focusing on you, then run and crouch and hide behind something until the dragon loses sight of you and moves on. They have poor eyesight so it isn't hard to hide from them. You can earn this achievement very early on in the game after saving Darling which will be right after you liberate the first Garrison. You can do anytime in the game after that point. There is almost always at least one dragon right by the first Garrison so that is a good area to knock it out. And it won't be hard finding enemies nearby, most likely they will hear and come to you. I posted a video from when I unlocked it. If you only want to see how to unlock this achievement you only need to watch up until 0:56. Everything after that is when I also unlocked the Blood Dragon Down and Just the Tip achievements for killing my first BD and killing one with the bow.
All You have to do to drift is hold "S" button when you aren't in nitro mode. When you are in nitro mode, it'll stop your nitro. You can also get nitro by drifting so this would come naturally if you need nitro throughout the game for challenges for short tracks or need to drift for a career mode flag and also complete the daily tasks to get this achievements. But it takes time don't worry in the end, pop up automatically.
It's very easy to get this achievement for winning races in career mode. You can do this quickly & easy if you win the first 25 races of career mode. Just use the starting car until you get the new car & max it out as far as you can as soon as you can after you get it. The only hard races you will have is the ones that are in the 850's for recommended rank, but they weren't too bad once I got the lead with my new car. You should have rank 845 for the car when you max it out with 1 star on the car. Exactly. Thank YOU
I was able to reach it with 4 Class D cars, two of them heavily upgraded and just 2 Class C cars, one of them fully upgraded to parts Level 8, so it will be easy to reach to however plays actively the game, even with just the campaign. The main purpose of the Level 5 means that better class blueprint cards are unlocked.
In Garage Level 5 are from these cars:
- Class B: Ferrari 488 GTB
- Class S: Lamborghini Centenaro
- Class C: H2 Speed
- Class A: Dodge Viper GTS
Basically the achievement is for upgrading anything on your cars 100 time. You can upgrade everything out to level 5 with a one star car 5 times which is what I did to make it go faster. You can level up your cars by selecting the car you want to level up & then spending your coins to level it up. When it is level 5 for all upgrades then upgrade a new one. You will most likely get this by naturally progressing through the game, unless you are at the last few, then you might do some upgrades just because you want this achievement.
You should destroy every objects in every racing events in the game, For Example: bus stops, traffic cones, crates and boxes that are naturally on the track in career mode & also in every single events, destroy it every objects in all races and you can get it easily but wait for a little bit. It takes little time.
