You will get this achievement for completing all of the fifth world's (Parisian Underground) levels. You cannot unlock the following level until completing the one before it, so naturally, you will earn this achievement for completing the boss level, and kissing the kid after defeating the boss.After unlocking you will have to break a wall that would pop up near the end of the level.
