Early on during the course of the game Bruice will send you an email asking you to steal an exotic car for him at a certain location. Once you have the car he will want you to deliver it to his garage. There are nine more cars that he will want you to steal and deliver to the same garage. You can only have one active car request at a time. Deliver all ten exotic cars and the achievement will be yours.
