Before you can buy cars (what's also a requirement for an another achievement), you first need to collect 3 parts for each car/variant.

There are exactly 126 parts, broken down:
* 40 in the Perilous Park,
* 40 in the Crimson Park,
* 46 parts in all of the Series maps, ranging from 2 to 6-8 per track.
