To unlock this achievement you will need to talk to Sergeant Knox & Elder Reader Laris in Protector's Enclave around level 40. They will give you the quests Artifact Fact & Artifact Recovery. Follow the quest to the Cragmire Burrow and The Forgotten Vault to retrieve the box for Elder Reader Laris and at the end of the quest you will receive your first artifact. Equip the artifact and the achievement will be yours.
