Beholders, Gelatinous Cubes, and Mimics are unique classic creatures from the Dungeons & Dragons world. To unlock this achievement you simply need to defeat one of each as you adventure in Neverwinter.

The Mimic is a creature that looks like a treasure chest that will start to attack when you try to loot it. This create is much more common then the other two. It can be found in various dungeons (Cragmire Crypts), quests, and the Storming the Keep skirmish.

The Gelatinous Cube is exactly that, a large see through cube of jelly, usually with an unfortunate victim floating in its form. I have only run into one of these creatures in the entire game. You will find it during the Clockwork Guild Tomb quest in Neverdeath.

The Beholder is a large floating eye creature and the most dangerous of the three. The first time you will run into one of these creatures is during the Aberrant Assault skirmish. This skirmish becomes available around level 55.

You should meet all three creatures before you hit level 60 during your travels in the game.
