You will need to play EASHL mode, and need at least 1 other player on your team to start a game. This is easiest done in the lowest division when you start. You will need to get 4 wins in a row, without a loss in Division 10. This will automatically promote you to Division 9, without having to play the remaining 6 games. Earning this achievement will also earn you to Promotions For All and Conference Champions achievements.
