This is for finding the credits. They are in the second tower and you will get to them as beak beak. Not 100% sure if the lights have to be off, but after I solved the planet puzzle with the orbs in the room before I never turned the lights back on. You don't have to watch all the credits, soon as you enter the room the cheevo will pop.
