Last-Second Bingo G40:
Wait to call Bingo on a card until you have filled at least four Bingo lines filled.

This is pretty straightforward. Just make sure you have four lines on a card BEFORE you press bingo.

What I did, is after the 30 bingos were called in game, I paid for an extra five balls. After the fifth ball, you have about 10 seconds to call bingo. I called bingo and it popped because I had four lines. Lines can be vertical, horizontal or diagonal.

So you don't have to rely on getting this during the 30 bingos, you can pay for an extra five balls and then call it on your own.

You should always wait until the end of the game to call your bingos regardless. Since each called bingo moves the game closer to its finish, not calling your bingos makes the game last that much longer, and therefore gives you that many more numbers to daub, which in turn could give you even more bingos. If no one in the game were to call their bingos, every single number would eventually be called, giving everyone a complete blackout on all cards, and therefore 13 bingos per card.

This is purely hypothetical though, as the games include many guests who have no interest in playing strategically, so they will simply call their bingos as soon as they have them. You can at least do your own part to slow this down though. So, since you should do this anyway, you will eventually end up with cards that have 4 or more uncalled bingos on them, and once you hit that Bingo button during the final countdown, you'll unlock your achievement.
