This achievement doesn't need to be completed in one match. To unlock the achievement you simply need to kill ten opponents in a Supremacy match. Supremacy matches are large twenty on twenty team battles. There are five control points in the match. Each team controls two points at the start of the match with one point that remains unclaimed in the center. The match is won by controlling the most points. The achievement is for getting kills either while you are attacking or defending. It is much easier to find a spot at a control point your team owns and let the opposing team come to you getting defensive kills for the achievement.
