To unlock this achievement you simply need to get 10 headshot kills in multiplayer matches with the Cycler Rifle. The Cycler Rifle is a star card that needs to be purchased and activated during a match which has a cool down timer. The 10 kills can be attained across multiple matches and doesn't need to be accomplished in one match.
