This can be done without having to spend any coins on Pinatas. Before a run, go to settings (gear/cog in top right corner), and select Tutorial. Now go back, and your next run will be the tutorial run, complete with a free Pinata use at the end. Only takes about 10-15 seconds. You can then go to settings again and repeat the process. Once you've used your 10th Pinata, the achievement will pop.
