At the end of the second day, the Underpants Gnomes will attack you, leaving you to chase them through the walls and into your parents room. They will start having sex while you're in the walls looking through a vent. I initially thought this was when I had to sit there and watch, and I wasted a lot of time, so keep moving when this happens. You'll eventually come out on top of their dresser, and they'll be having sex in the background. This is when you have to take your minute to watch them, so just stand there for 60 seconds (not sure if you have to actually be facing them, but do it to be safe), and the achievement will pop after 1 minute.
