*Roidrat can be found in the attic of Jimmy's house while pursuing the Bard.
*Beetlebot is on the alien spaceship between the first and second days. The second to last room will have several TV monitors all clustered together, Beetlebot is on top of one of the monitors. It's a similar color, so it's easy to miss. Keep in mind that if you fail the fight against the alien captains and have to restart, Beetlebot will be back on top of the monitor; you will have to collect it again.
*Gunrilla is in the CIA Headquarters where you uncover the Taco Bell conspiracy. Look on top of the cabinets at the left side of the room.
*Pterdaken is at the top of the stairs in a locker after fighting Butters or Stan on your second trip through the school.
*Fetuswami is near the turret at the end of the Unplanned Parenthood level.
*Shoe is at the very end of the game at the top of Clyde's fortress. You will need to use the anal probe to teleport over to it.
