Ok, this achievement is for moving buildings 500 times.

First of all: do NOT attempt this before you have reached level 5! I did it before I hit that level and the ingame tracker did not increase! Moved thousands of buildings and got nothing.

These are the steps you have to take to move a building 1 time:

1. When you have reached level 5, click the yellow hard hat in the bottom left of your screen. This should make a pop-up appear with 4 icons (the second from the left being 4 arrows). (If you're level 5 there's no need to click any of the icons, you can only move buildings, so the game chooses that for you. If you're at a higher level I don't know if you have to click an icon to confirm your choice. If anyone has the answer to this, let me know and I'll add it into this solution.)
2. Next click on any building that actually has room to move (i.e.: it won't count if you move a building onto the road or into shrubbery).
3. Click on one of the arrows surrounding the building to move it.
4. After you have moved it, if all arrows are green, click on the green check mark in the bottom right of the screen.
5. You have now moved your building 1 time. Only 499 to go.....

You can track your progress by clicking on the golden cup in the bottom left corner. In the screen that pops up, make sure you are in the 'General' section. The line you're looking for is called 'Move any building' . For me the achievement popped when I was just shy of 5-starring this task. The golden cup is also the go to area to check on your achievements (Xbox live section).

So basically this achievement is tedious but not hard. Enjoy the grind
