This achievement does also count in the campaign, as well as Horde.

So, any part of the campaign where you defend an area and can buy stuff with the fabricator, you can boost it.

Act 1: Chapter 4 is a good place. Simply spend all of the power in the fabricator, revert to last checkpoint, and repeat. When I did it, I was spending 8,000 power every re-load.

Alternatively, you could get this in horde through natural play (Only points you spend count. Whatever your teammates buy does not count)
