Be very careful of this achievement. It MAY need you to purchase the Genesis Pass for the last few Explorer Notes.

But it may also very much not require it.

First, when you are creating the world, CHECK 'Admin Logging'. Then, when you will spawn, press either the Tab key (PC) or X+Y+LB+RB simultaneously (Xbox) and write 'GiveAllExplorerNotes'. The game should hang for a few seconds and give out all of the Explorer achievements, including this one. If it crashes, try again. If it does not give you all of them, try on a different platform (I had to change from PC to Xbox, by xCloud, for it to pop for me.). If it still does not pop, unfortunately you will have to buy the Genesis Pass.
