In GTA there are games within the game. Pool is one of the games that you can play with your friends. Simply head over to the pool hall designated with a cue ball symbol on the map and play a game. This can take a few games depending how good at pool you are and if the balls line up for you. Beat one of your in game friends and the achievement will be yours.
