One of the fastest ways to travel around Liberty city is with a taxi as you can fast travel to your destination by hitting the A button on your controller once you are in the cab. To unlock this achievement you will need to set a waypoint from one island to another before hailing a cab. For the achievement to unlock you will need to cross a bridge for it to count. While on foot you can hail a cab by pressing LB on your controller. Once in the cab you will have choices as to where you want to be dropped off. Use the waypoint that you created and do not use the fast travel to the destination. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. Once you arrive at your destination the achievement will be yours.
