Guybrush can hold his breath for 10 minutes, but not any longer than that.

At a certain point in the game (that can't be missed) Guybrush will find himself underwater, standing on the ocean floor.
Wait 10 minutes, and after turning several funny colors, Guybrush will drown and the achievement will unlock.
