To unlock this achievement you simple need to fight hand to hand with a group of people within the four minute time frame. Look for any good size groups of people on the street, preferably a group of five people in a relatively close proximity to each other. A good place would be the helicopter sightseeing company in Algonquin, as well as the Times Square equivalent in Liberty City, or any of the parks where people are taking in the sights. You can get about two or three counters in per person that you fight. You will need to press the A button on your controller when the other person starts to take a swing at you. This will dodge the attack which quickly needs to be countered by pressing the B button on your controller. Counter the five people ten times in four minutes and the achievement will be yours.
