This requires you to kill and skin 18 bears. I was able to find them around the Tall Trees area. Typically they will find you before you find them, so keep on alert at all times and watch out for other bears chasing you down before skinning. I used a semi auto shotgun and it still took about 4-6 well placed shots to kill them so bring plenty of ammo and save often between trips. Good luck!
