This achievement can be easily done because it is, thankfully, during the opening level of the game. Try not to collect any Studs as you run through it. If you have some by the end, you can purposefully walk off the edge which will make you lose Studs until you are back down to zero. Drowning intentionally at the end of the level is a common and simple method of losing any studs picked up throughout the level. About 1000 studs are lost per drowning. You will trigger the end of the level by using the steering wheel, so make sure you have zero Studs when you do so.
