This isn't extremely difficult, just keep grinding out missions and advancing through the ranks. You'll eventually get to Level 15: Barry. Once this rank is complete, you'll be given the option to reset your missions and continue on with Level 16: Beginner. Choose "Yes" or "Reset" (sorry, can't remember the exact word), and this achievement will pop.

Some tips for completing missions:

Whenever a mission references "flashing red lights," these are the red alarm lights in the lab portions of the level. Fly past them to count them. This may have been obvious to you but I spent a bit of time thinking it was the lasers.

If you ever need to target a vehicle mission specifically, it's usually best to try to do it with the very first vehicle icon you come across, since this is when difficulty is lowest and you have the best odds.

The Gravity Suit is the worst. Hate it. When the mission requires a certain distance, utilize the previous strategy, do your best to hover in the middle of the screen, and hope for some luck. The response time on the Gravity Suit is so slow that this is your only real chance. For missions that require you to invert gravity a certain number of times, don't try to combine this with a realistic attempt to grab coins or other missions. Just hammer that spacebar as fast as you can to get the required number.
