All you need to do is host a public match with a user made playlist, the developers already have a playlist up for use, so set up a match and choose community theater and then new playlists for the most recently created and wait for someone to join.

I only completed 3/4 levels out of the entire 12 I think in the playlist, when the game ended the achievement popped. So all you probably need to do is beat/play 1 level in a user created level that you are hosting and then quit.
