To unlock this achievement you simply need to play through 50 Campaign matches as either the Militia or the IMC. Win or lose it doesn't matter as long as you complete the match in this gametype. There are a total of 9 levels so you will need about 6 play throughs in the story mode to complete 50 matches and the achievement will be yours. Below you will find the Campaign Level Title, Game Type, and Map Name:

1) The Refuelling Raid - Hardpoint Domination on the map called Fracture
2) The Colony - Attrition on the map called Colony
3) The Odyssey - Attrition on the map called Relic
4) Get Barker - Attrition on the map called Angel City
5) Assault on the Sentinel - Attrition on the map called Outpost 207
6) Here Be Dragons - Hardpoint Domination on the map called Boneyard
7) The Three Towers - Attrition on the map called Airbase
8) The Battle of Demeter - Hardpoint Domination on the map called Demeter
9) Made Men - Hardpoint Domination on the map called Corporate
