There is unfortunately no shortcut for this achievement. You must simply keep playing Treasure of the Ancients until you eventually receive 5 jaguars in 1 spin. Play with 20 coin bets on Fast Spin and Autoplay to automate this as much as possible. Since Wilds count, this is likely to be one of your first achievements.
