Dodging Pacifist G10:
Go from one pitstop to the next without killing any enemies.

This does not mean you have to complete and entire Layer, only a level within a layer. A pitstop is when you start a level and make it to the brain at the end. The early levels are not filled with that many enemies and are likely the best candidates to earn this. Simply avoid all the enemies and make it to the Brain at the end and this will pop. EDIT: If you have played the game and are far enough along this can become challenging. Luckily a method exists that allows you to "Restart from layer". The feature is in the pause menu between layers.
