To unlock this achievement you simply need to gain enough experience to reach level 60 on two different characters. Defeat enemies and complete quests to gain experience and the achievement will be yours. An easy way to help you level a second character while you play your first is to also invoke on your second character right after you have invoked on your main character. This will give you experience plus other benefits and bonuses.
