If you go to community games and scroll all the way to right there is a category called achievement hunters. There are many maps there that help take the grind out of achievements. The one your looking for here is simply called 1000 coins, bandits/goblin kills. Load this up and run around collecting coins while bandits or goblins die. You will get 1000 coins and can also get the kill achievements done at the same time.
