This achievement is obtained by finding all the journalist's Jackal audio tape recordings that are scattered in the northern map. There are a total of 17 tapes in the world. The first one is given to you at the beginning of the game. There are 8 more tapes in the north you must find. When you are close to a tape your GPS will begin to blink, the closer you are the faster the GPS will blink until the dot is solid green. You can use the following guild to find the all the tapes:

This achievement is glitchy, so collect all the northern tapes (1 given + 8 you find in the north) and deliver them all at the same time to the journalist at Mike's bar before the story progresses you to head down to the southern part of the map.
