To unlock this achievement you simply need to complete all the available side quests in the game. This type of quest can be picked up and run along side any of the other game missions. This side quest is for picking up extra Malaria pills which will otherwise effect gameplay, but only when running story missions. There are 3 underground quests in the North and 4 in the South. Make sure to complete all three missions in the North before moving to the Southern territory. These side quests become available in the center square, in town for each territory. The side quest will require you to pick up passport documents and deliver them to the yellow markers on your map in exchange for Malaria pills.
