This achievement is unlocked for purchasing the manuals and a bandolier for any weapon at the gun shop. You will get diamonds for mission and finding briefcases scattered around the world. You will use these diamonds to purchase the weapons and accessories at the gun shop. To unlock this achievement you will need 20-30 diamonds. You can purchase the cheapest gun (if you don't already have one) and its associated accessories for this achievement, because at some point you will need to buy everything in the shop for another achievement anyway. Go to the computer in the shop. You can skim though the three categories using RB & LB. Pick a gun (1st tab), buy the manuals which will upgrade accuracy & reliability (2nd tab), and buy its bandolier (3rd tab) to carry more ammo. Once you have all of these items from the gun shop computer for one weapon the achievement will pop.
