To unlock this achievement you simply need to have the most XP points in a ranked match. Since no one is playing online anymore, the fastest way to get this done is with one or two boosting buddies. There are a number of achievements in the game that will need some grinding and this should pop on the first match as you max out your weapon kills for the Soldier of Misfortune achievement. Download a tiny boosting map that has been created by other players. To unlock this achievement you just need to get all the kills on your boosting partner(s) and the achievement will be yours.
