This achievement is obtained by finding all the journalist's Jackal audio tape recordings that are scattered in the southern map. There are a total of 17 tapes in the world. The north holds 9. There are 8 more tapes in the south you must find. When you are close to a tape your GPS will begin to blink, the closer you are the faster the GPS will blink until the dot is solid green. This achievement is glitchy, so collect all the southern tapes and deliver them all at the same time to the journalist at Mike's bar before the story progresses you to meet with the Jackal in the prison. Take note that all the recordings in the south are glitched and will play the same recording. This will however not affect the achievement unlocking, just collect all the tapes and hand them in.
