To unlock this achievement you simply need to find all the scrying stones in the original fourteen zones of the game. A scrying stone is a floating purple orb hidden in a zone, there are three in each zone. Here is list of all the zones:

1) Protector's Enclave
2) Blacklake District
3) Tower District
4) Blackdgger Ruins
5) Neverdeath Graveyard
6) Helm's Hold
7) Ebon Downs
8) Vellosk
9) Pirates' Skyhold
10) Icespire Peak
11) The Chasm
12) Rothé Valley
13) Mount Hotenow
14) Whispering Caverns
