This achievement is unlocked by adding people to your community in the game. There are a few ways to add members that require you helping them fight off zombies and then inviting them to join you. The game will generate a few of these instances. You can also invite smaller established groups that live near your home base. Lastly you can use the radio tower at your home base to invite survivors to join your community. This will trigger a mission to go and escort them back to base. This method will have a timer, but you can many other activities while this cycles and becomes available again.
