To unlock this achievement you simply need to talk to a community member and ask them to watch you back when you leave the compound to go out on a mission. Note that some members will not give you the option like the communication/radio operator. When on a mission community members will help you fight the undead so you can complete missions easier. Repeat this request ten times and the achievement will be yours.
