This one is easy, just play the game and it will happen. Thankfully this doesn't mean real days, it's in game days, which are bout 15 min for the day cycle and 15 min for night, that's half an hour of real time, so roughly two days of real time to get this and to make this go by faster make a bed and sleep during the night cycle and it cuts your time in half.
